How to wear medical surgical masks correctly

(1) The nose clip side faces up, and the dark side faces outward (or the folds face down).

(2) Pull up and down to open the folds so that the mask covers the mouth, nose, and jaw.

(3) Place the tips of your fingers along the metal strip of the bridge of the nose, from the middle to both sides, slowly pressing inward until it is close to the bridge of the nose.

(4) Adjust the mask appropriately so that the periphery of the mask fully fits the face.

It is recommended to change it every 2 to 4 hours. If the mask gets wet or gets secretions, change it in time.
