What Is 2 Parts Syringe？
A 2 Parts Syringe is a disposable medical device composed of two core components: a syringe and a piston core rod. Its core feature is the absence of a separate rubber sealing ring, and the sealing function is achieved by the material of the piston itself. It is mainly used for extracting and injecting medicinal liquids.
Needle tube
Usually made of transparent medical grade polypropylene (PP), with a scale for precise measurement of medication, and a tip designed with an interface for connecting the needle (such as a Ruhr interface).
Piston core rod
An integrated structure, the piston part is mostly made of elastic medical rubber or thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), which is tightly adhered to the inner wall of the syringe. When pushed, it can achieve sealing and extract/push the medicine without the need for additional sealing rings.
