What Is 3 Parts Syringe？
A three piece syringe is a disposable medical device composed of three core components: a syringe, a piston core rod, and an independent rubber sealing ring. Its core advantage is that the sealing performance can be optimized separately through the sealing ring, making it particularly suitable for scenarios with high requirements for sealing and drug compatibility.
Needle tube
Mostly made of transparent medical grade polypropylene (PP) material with precise markings, equipped with a Ruhr interface (or other standard interface) at the top for connecting the needle, and a smooth inner wall to reduce friction with the sealing ring.
Piston core rod
The rod body is made of hard plastic, and the top is designed with a groove for fixing the rubber sealing ring. When pushed, it can drive the sealing ring to move inside the syringe.
Independent rubber sealing ring
Usually made of medical grade elastic materials such as butyl rubber and silicone rubber, it is assembled separately at the top of the piston core rod and is a key component for achieving sealing. It can be adjusted to adapt to different liquid medicines through material adjustment.
