1. Relax the body and wear cuffs: a. After 5 minutes of body relaxation, choose a quiet environment as much as possible to prepare for measurement. Tie the cuffs 1-2 cm above the elbow joint, with the palm facing up and the rubber tube straightened and parallel to the palm. b. Pull the end of the cuff outward and secure it to the outside with a nylon buckle. Roll it firmly and insert a finger.

2.Press the start button to start automatic measurement: a. Adjust the sitting position, hold the palm upwards, and keep the palm and chest on the same horizontal line. b. Press the start button, the machine will automatically pressurize and gradually display numerical values. c. Keep quiet, relax your body, do not speak during the measurement process, and move your body.

3.Read the value and record it. Mechanism: a. After the measurement is completed, the LCD screen will display the value of this measurement, record the value, and compare it with the previous measurement. b. Press the stop button to turn off the instrument. If you forget to shut down, the machine will automatically shut down after 60 seconds.
