On June 30th (interview), a 26 year old female patient was admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Upon examination, it was found that her ovarian function had severely declined, equivalent to that of a 45 year old female, and she had already experienced menopausal symptoms. The doctor inquired and learned that the woman was suffering from high work pressure, long-term anxiety and insomnia, staying up late until two or three in the morning every day, relying on takeout for diet, and having an extremely irregular lifestyle, ultimately leading to premature ovarian failure.
Doctor's reminder: Women's ovarian function is greatly affected by their daily routine. Long term staying up late, high stress, and unhealthy diet can accelerate ovarian aging. It is recommended that women go to bed before 10:30 pm as much as possible to avoid staying up late and overdrawing their health.
