One of the culprits of liver injury: high fat diet
Excessive fat intake often deposits in the liver, hinders liver glycogen synthesis and promotes liver function decline. To prevent excessive oil and liver damage, diet should be "six noes":
1. The daily oil consumption of ordinary adults shall not exceed 25g (2.5 tablespoons of white enamel spoon);
2. No meat oil, fat meat or fried food;
3. Choose lean meat. When eating chicken and duck, remove the skin and fat layer;
4. Eat less cream cakes, fried instant noodles and other foods, and the daily consumption of nuts shall not exceed 10g;
5. Eat less high cholesterol foods (such as pig brain, animal liver, animal kidney, caviar, crab roe, chicken head, duck head, shrimp head, caviar, squid).
6. Cook food with less oil, such as boiling, stewing, boiling, steaming and mixing, instead of frying, frying and other methods.
At the same time, it is wise to consciously and appropriately eat foods that can assist in regulating blood lipids, such as oats, corn, kelp, garlic, apples, onions, sweet potatoes, carrots, celery, cauliflower, mushrooms, hawthorn, lemon, etc.
The second culprit of liver injury: Alcoholism
The most direct impact of drinking is to hurt the liver. This is because after alcohol enters the body, it needs to be metabolized through the liver. In this process, it will not only interfere with the normal metabolism of sugars, lipids, proteins and other nutrients in the body, but also affect the detoxification function of the liver. At the same time, alcohol has a direct toxic effect on the liver, which will induce various liver diseases.
In order to protect the liver, we should insist on not drinking or drinking less. If you must drink, drinking a small amount of low alcohol red wine is a relatively better choice. The so-called "small amount" should not exceed 150 ml (about 1 cup) per day.
In addition, there are two accomplices who cause liver "injury".
One of the "accomplices": high calorie
Proper heat is conducive to the regeneration of hepatocytes and the recovery of liver function, but excessive feeding will lead to metabolic disorder and provide conditions for the occurrence of liver disease.
The appropriate daily calorie intake for adults is 1600 ~ 2400 kcal. Every meal is seven minutes full, eat less dinner and don't eat snacks before going to bed is the invariable criterion of protecting the liver.
"Accomplice" 2: sweets
Too many sweets will turn into fat, leading to obesity and the formation of fatty liver. To this end, we should avoid excessive intake of sweets, such as candy, biscuits, pastries, sugary drinks and other foods.
If you want to protect the liver, you should not only stay away from the "murderers" who hurt the liver, but also get close to the "experts" who protect the liver. In fact, food that can protect the liver is very common in life.
