If we avoid allergens, it is much more ineffective to do this than to do the test

Once a worried parent came to me: "take your child to the hospital to check for allergens. There is a big deviation between the results of the first test and the results of the second test. Should you ban all the allergens for your child?" Parents immediately asked: "will allergens be banned? Detection declaration found out several allergy items, my baby usually eat all right

The answer I gave her was: "it's based on the expression of children's daily life. If the child has nothing to eat in daily life, just let him eat and control the amount. "

Allergen detection can provide guidance, but there are more accurate ways to avoid allergens in daily life.

Why is allergen detection not as accurate as expected?

After the normal intake of food, the response IgG will rise temporarily, which belongs to the normal immune feedback of human body. If you give your child a certain kind of food and then test the allergen, you can easily draw the inference that "it's OK to eat it, but you can test the allergy". The high level of IgE in children's body can only clarify that children can be allergic to it. Therefore, unless the child has the following conditions:

① There are obvious allergic feedback, although it is not a sudden emergency, but also a significant impact on daily survival;

② The environment in which the lineage has a major allergic disease and the child shows signs of allergic feedback;

③ Having immediate allergic feedback experience on certain food and allergic feedback on skin, the patient's condition continued after good skin care and external medicine treatment;

Otherwise, I do not recommend children to test allergens, and strictly abide by the "one size fits all" test declaration.
