A new Finnish study shows that if you don't get good sleep quality, it is likely to lead to dissatisfaction with life in the future. The research team believes that this shows that the lack of good sleep quality may affect "brain, mood and mood".

According to Singapore Lianhe Zaobao, researchers from the Finnish national public health center found that although poor sleep quality and dissatisfaction with life have a strong genetic tendency, they do not seem to be derived from the same genetic genes.

Researchers pointed out that in the past, there have been studies on the relationship between sleep quality and life satisfaction, but no one has explored the relationship between the two after a period of time. To find out, researchers studied the same group of 18631 same-sex twins in 1975 and 1981.

In 1975, 9% of respondents said they were dissatisfied with life. By 1981, they were likely to remain dissatisfied with life, but their sleep quality did not deteriorate during this period.

However, the number of respondents who complained about "poor or very poor sleep quality" in 1975 increased by 2.4 times in 1981.

The researchers adjusted for all factors that might affect the results of the study, such as health problems, smoking and drinking habits, physical fitness level, etc. They found that poor sleep alone tripled the likelihood of dissatisfaction with life.
