1. Selection and injection sequence of vacuum blood collection tubes
Select the appropriate tube based on the item being tested. The blood injection sequence is a culture flask, a common test tube, a test tube containing a solid anticoagulant, and a test tube containing a liquid anticoagulant. The purpose of this sequence is to minimize the analysis errors caused by specimen collection. Blood distribution sequence: 1 Glass test tube sequence: blood culture tube, anticoagulant serum tube, sodium citrate anticoagulation tube, and other anticoagulant tubes. 2 Use plastic test tube sequence: blood culture tube (yellow), sodium citrate anticoagulation tube (blue), serum tube with or without blood coagulation activator or gel separation, gel or no gel Heparin tube (green), EDTA anticoagulant tube (purple), plus blood glucose decomposition inhibitor tube (gray).
2. Blood collection site and posture
Infants and young children can take the blood of the thumb or the medial and lateral margin of the heel according to the method recommended by the World Health Organization. The first or the neck vein or the anterior iliac vein is preferred. Adults choose the median vein of the elbow, the back of the hand, the wrist joint, etc. without congestion, edema, and the vein of individual patients is on the back of the elbow joint. Outpatients take more seats, and patients in the ward take more lying positions. When taking blood, the patient relaxes, keeps the environment warm, prevents the vein from contracting, and the restraint time must not be too long. It is forbidden to beat the arm, otherwise it may cause local blood concentration or activate the coagulation system. Try to choose a large, easily fixed blood vessel for puncture to ensure a shot. The needle insertion angle is generally 20-30°. After seeing the blood return, the parallel advance is slightly forward, and then the vacuum tube is placed. The blood pressure of the individual patient is low. After the puncture, no blood is returned, but after the negative pressure tube is placed, the blood flows out.
3. Strictly check the validity period of blood collection tubes
It must be used within the validity period and should not be used when there is foreign matter or sediment in the blood vessel.
4. Paste the barcode correctly
Follow the doctor's instructions to print the barcode, check it on the front side without any error, and the barcode cannot cover the blood collection tube scale.
5. Timely inspection
After the blood sample is collected, it is required to be sent within 2 hours to minimize the influencing factors. Avoid strong light exposure during the inspection, avoid wind, rain, anti-freeze, anti-high temperature, anti-shake, anti-hemolytic.
6. Storage temperature
The storage environment temperature of the blood collection tube is 4-25 ° C. If the storage temperature is 0 ° C or lower than 0 ° C, it may cause the blood vessel to rupture.
7. Protective latex sleeve
The latex sleeve of the needle end can prevent the blood from being polluted and then polluted around the blood collection tube, so as to prevent the blood from being polluted and prevent the environment from being polluted. When collecting blood samples by multiple tubes, the blood collection needle rubber may be damaged. If there is damage, the blood may overflow, and it should be adsorbed first and then disinfected.
