Sealing and nursing
1. Purpose: Wash the residual irritant liquid into the bloodstream to avoid stimulating the local blood vessels to maintain the venous access; avoid the blood coagulation at the head end of the hose when the infusion is connected next time, causing blockage. 2. Positive pressure sealing method: Pull out the injection needle while pushing the injection liquid.
3, sealing the liquid: isotonic saline: 5-10ml, 6-8 hours flushing,
Dilute heparin solution: 10-100 units of heparin per ml, 2-5 ml. Anticoagulation lasts for more than 12 hours.
4, the correct punching, sealing steps: SASH: S saline → A administration → S saline → H diluted heparin solution
Flushing and nursing
1. Disinfect the heparin cap before reinfusion, and connect the syringe needle again after flushing.
2. Objective: Use physiological saline to flush the residual drug solution into the blood vessel, avoid chemical phlebitis caused by stimulation of local blood vessels, and reduce the incompatibility between drugs. Apply between two drug infusions, or before sealing.
3, method: syringe push, using a pulsed flush method to push the pause, so that the physiological saline formed a small vortex in the catheter, which is beneficial to rinse the residual drug in the catheter.
4. The minimum amount of rinse solution should be twice the capacity of the catheter and the additional device.
