Medical absorbent cotton, also known as medical cotton, is made from raw cotton by removing impurities, degreasing, bleaching, washing, drying, and finishing.
Medical absorbent cotton is odorless, odorless and colorless, has good water absorption, soft and slender fibers, white and flexible, easy to delaminate, and has no harmful impurities such as acid and alkali. The quality should meet the technical standards formulated by the Ministry of Health.
Medical absorbent cotton is made by degreasing cotton. Because the surface layer does not contain fat, it has good hydrophilicity. Soaking in 75% alcohol can be used for disinfecting cotton balls.
