On July 13th, several netizens told Jimu News reporters that after the school moved into its new campus around September 2024, several students experienced nosebleeds. One of the parents reported that several students have experienced nosebleeds, rhinitis, recurrent throat foreign body sensation, and dry cough in the past year. Parents have found that these symptoms significantly worsen after transferring to the new campus, with "children often smelling pungent odors on the playground" and "dizziness worsening after exercise". They speculate that this is related to emissions from a factory just one wall away from the school.
