Recently, relying on the platform of Huairou District Rehabilitation Quality Control Center, Huairou Hospital of Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital invited Guo Jingwei, the chief therapist of the rehabilitation medicine department of China-Japan Friendship Hospital, to give lectures and carry out special technical training for hemiplegic shoulder pain. More than 50 medical workers in the whole district participated in the study.
Hemiplegic shoulder pain is a common and difficult problem in rehabilitation clinical practice, which directly affects the rehabilitation process and quality of life of patients. At the training site, Guo Jingwei gave a systematic explanation of the clinical hotspots and difficulties of the disease, comprehensively sorted out various causes of hemiplegic shoulder pain, and deeply explained the biomechanical principles related to shoulder joint. At the same time, combining with rich clinical typical cases, explain in detail the standardized diagnosis and treatment process and rehabilitation plan for hemiplegic shoulder pain, help trainees sort out their diagnosis and treatment ideas, and consolidate their professional theoretical foundation.
After the theoretical lecture, Guo Jingwei conducted on-site practical demonstration teaching. By visually demonstrating the key points of rehabilitation assessment and standardizing training methods, theoretical knowledge is deeply integrated with clinical practice to effectively solve common problems in clinical operations. Medical personnel participating in the training listened attentively to the lectures, observed the operations carefully, and actively exchanged difficult cases and practical difficulties encountered in daily work. The on-site learning atmosphere was strong, and the exchange and discussion atmosphere was enthusiastic.
